In the early weeks of 1945, former Red Army Gen. Andrei Vlasov persuaded the German command to allow him to form an army of Soviet citizens. Hundreds of thousands of former prisoners of war had volunteered to serve the Germans rather than starve to death, and now Vlasov wished to meld them into an army of 10 infantry divisions. It didn’t work.

This is a thing that really happened. The Russian Liberation Army included about 40,000 men, and now you can add them to your Panzer Grenadier games.

Army of the Damned is a special expansion for Panzer Grenadier: Fire & Sword. It has 24 new die-cut and silky-smooth playing pieces for the Russian Liberation Army, and ten scenarios so you can play with them.
