Black Mountain: Montenegro 1915

Black Mountain brought you the story of the fierce battles waged between Austria-Hungary and Montenegro in August 1914 (and they were pretty fierce!). Fall of Montenegro picks up the story in September 1914, and carries it on through the collapse of Montenegro in January 1916 with 20 more scenarios (if that seems like a small number, the front remained very quiet between late 1914 and late 1915). Austria-Hungary carried out its war with Montenegro alone; the final offensive took place over strident German objections (the German general staff thought it a foolish diversion of resources).

Fall of Montenegro is a double-sized Campaign Study, wrapping up the story in one volume. You’ll need Black Mountain and Fall of Empires (for some K.u.K. regular infantry and more artillery) to play all of the scenarios.
